HOW TO KNOW IF XDB IS INSTALLED

Hi,

You can learn if xdb is installed in this way:

1) Check whether xdb user exists:


select username from dba_users where username  = 'XDB';


2) Check if RESOURCE_VIEW exists

SQL> desc xdb.RESOURCE_VIEW
Name                           Data Type                     
------------------------------ ------------------------------
RES                            XMLTYPE
ANY_PATH                       VARCHAR2(4000 BYTE)
RESID                          RAW
