LISTENER CAN NOT START

Problem:

lsnrctl start command finishes successfully. But listener does not start:
[oracle@doganayhost admin]$ lsnrctl start LISTENER_DOGANAYHOST

solution:
———–
add this line to /etc/hosts:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
