ORA-02082 : a loopback database link must have a connection qualifier

Hi,

use double quotes (“) when creating db-link:

create database link mydb using 'MYDB';

or

change global name to a different value from SID:

alter database rename global_name to mydb_;

then change it back to original SID name:

alter database rename global_name to mydb;
