ORA-27102: out of memory when running dbca

Problem:

If you hit this error when running dbca:

ORA-27102: out of memory
Solution:

decrease db_cache_size
or

prctl -n project.max-shm-memory -v 16gb -r -i project \
`id -p | awk -F"(" '{print $NF}'|sed 's/)//g'`
