Problem:

Session(s) which have (STALE) OBJ# TARGET seen in V$SESSION_LONGOPS.

Solution:

Check objects in obj$

select * from sys.obj# where OBJ#=...;

Possibly you can not find any objs.

Kill that session:

select 'alter system kill session '''||SID||','||SERIAL#||'@'||inst_id||''' immediate;'
from GV$SESSION_LONGOPS
where time_remaining > 0
and lower(target) like '%(stale)%obj#%';
